Overview

Revlis helps you keep strategy, ideas, scripts, approvals, files, and performance in one place. You do not need to use every feature at once. Start with your brand, add the context you already have, then use Revlis to turn that context into better content.

tip

If you are new to Revlis, start with Brands, Brand Strategy, and Generate. Add Research, Calendar, Assets, and Analytics as your process grows.

Brands

Most work in Revlis starts with a Brand. A brand is the workspace for one company, client, business, or creator identity. It keeps that brand's strategy, research, scripts, assets, calendar, and analytics separate from your other work.

You can manage multiple brands depending on your plan. Switch between them with the brand selector in the app.

Start with strategy

Revlis creates better work when it understands who you are speaking to, what you offer, and what kind of content fits your brand.

Brand Strategy is the main strategy page for a brand. Use it to capture audiences, voice, value propositions, offerings, content pillars, competitors, platforms, and other details that shape your content.

Library is where those reusable strategy pieces live. Audiences, content pillars, value propositions, psychology notes, subniches, Emulate collections, and editorial notes can be reused across scripts and planning work.

Research helps you learn from posts and creators in your niche. Track accounts, study what performs, and save useful examples so you can bring them into your own work later.

Create content

Generate is where you write scripts. Add the context that matters, such as an audience, offering, saved post, hook, or question, then generate a script you can edit.

Replication helps you learn from a strong post without copying it. Send a deeply analyzed Research post to Generate, choose which parts to use as inspiration, and create a new script for your brand.

Carousels helps you turn an idea, script, post, or deliverable into a multi-slide visual post. Revlis writes the storyboard first so you can review the message before generating images.

Keep useful materials organized

Offerings keeps the products, services, subscriptions, and lead magnets your brand promotes. Add an offering to a script when you want promotional content that uses the right selling points.

Questions keeps audience questions and search queries. Use them when you want a script to answer what people are already asking.

Assets keeps brand files and links. Store images, videos, PDFs, and external URLs, then attach them where they are needed.

Plan, review, and improve

Calendar helps you move content from idea to published post. Schedule deliverables, track their status, attach scripts and assets, and share review links with clients.

Analytics shows how your own Instagram and TikTok accounts are performing. Connect accounts to track posts, growth, reports, and trends over time.

Dashboard is your home base. Add the blocks you want to see often, such as analytics summaries, strategy notes, offering cards, or pinned Research posts.
